Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) services are covered by Medicaid, Medicaid HMO's, and the CMS Network.
PPEC Services
PPEC services are available to Florida Medicaid recipients from birth to 20 years of age who meet the following criteria:
- Have complex medical needs
- Are medically stable
- Are medically or technologically dependent
- Require skilled nursing care or other interventions

If your child does not meet the criteria to qualify for PPEC services, SPC through its affiliate company Specialized Therapy Center (STC), offers outpatient therapeutic services
